“I am.” (Silently spoken affirmations)

I often forget to say positive affirmations to myself, but I can get hyper-fixed on making things. I combined saying things with making things so I wouldn't forget the important reminder that "I am."

Speech bubbles are hand-cut from either watercolor or various cardstock papers. The writing was made with acrylic pens. Tape them to a mirror, on a selfie, or keep in your wallet as a reminder when you see it.
